When an Internet connection is available, crew leaders can synchronize the tablet to retrieve the current lists of h2a and domestic employees, crews, jobs, and locations. Time Portal can be used out in the field then synchronized at the end of the day once connectivity is again available.
Just tap a few prompts to clock workers into jobs and collect piece counts. Time Portal also supports RFID and barcodes which greatly speed up the process of clocking in, switching jobs or adding pieces.
Piece counts can be collected in real time, through an attached scale (weight), and at the end of the day.
Employees can review, approve, and sign off on their hours and piece counts at the end of each day.
The jobs, times and piece counts for each crew and every employee can be reviewed on the tablet.
Packing houses and other hourly shops can mount a tablet running Kiosk Mode which allows for clocking into and out of jobs.
If you have internet connectivity, Time Portal can stream the data to the website next to real-time if you choose to.
Time Portal allows custom scan settings to help reduce fraud as well as common mistakes in the field.
Time Portal can be used in the field to track Crew data. It also offers a kiosk mode for the office, packing house or warehouse. Single worker mode can be used by the individual to track their time as well.
