Below are some commonly asked questions that may be helpful.
What is an "Active Worker"?

An "active worker" is a worker that has clocked in at any point during the billing period. For example, You may have 300 workers in Time Portal but, only 30 of them worked during the billing period. You would only be billed for 30 workers. We do not charge for workers in the system that did not work.

How and when am I billed?

Billing occurs at the beginning of the month for the previous month's usage. Usage is determined by "active workers". You will be billed for the previous months "active workers".

Is there a minimum worker count?

No. We don't have a minimum worker count. Companies of all shapes and sizes use Time Portal each and every day.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer free trials at this time. However, we are more than happy to demo the software and spend as much time with you as needed. We want you to be comfortable as well as confident in our solution when making your purchasing decision.

Am I billed for workers that do not work?

No. You can add as many workers as you want into Time Portal. You are only billed for the workers that work during the billing period. This is what we call "active workers".

Is a credit card required?

Yes. We require a credit card on file to bill you for each month's usage. We do have numerous other payment options available.

Is support and training included in the price?

Email and phone support is currently provided with every subscription. Training is not included but is available on demand and is billed at a separate rate. Typically only a few hours of training are required to get up and running on Time Portal.
